The scrap rubber pyrolysis fuel oil, which has high caloric value and low pour point, has been widely applied as ship boiler fuel, heating furnace fuel, matallurgical furnace and other industral furnaces fuel. The fuel oil can be divided into bunker fuel oil, furnace oil and other blending fuel oil by different application. According to the statistics of NBS (National Bureau of Statistics), the fuel oil mainly consumed by industries of power generation, transportation, metallurgy, chemical industry and light industy.

The pyrolytic carbon black is produced by pyrolysis technology and modified regeneration, which is different from tradional method, embodied in comparatively unique chemical & physical performance and higher crosslinking defree and diffusivity. In the rubber composition, the pyrolytic carbon black improve the black dispersion uniformity of rubber compound and enhance processability of rubber products in addition to the well filling & reinforcing effect. There fore, the carbon black has aready been applied int he compostions of inner & outer ply compound in nyon bias tires, sidewall rubber, inside liner rubber and inner tube, which can subsistute for the conventional carbon black N550/772 without changing the other ingredients in the above-mentioned composition, while the quality of final tire would not be effected. Besides, the pyrolysis black can also be used for rubber products including cable, tape, sealing and roller.

The final products produced by the equipment complex including fuel oil, carbon black, steel wire and non-condensable gas.
